XRP Price Nears Critical Turning Point as ETFs Extend Inflow Streak to 13 Weeks

XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have attracted $8 million in net inflows so far this week, extending their positive streak to 13 consecutive weeks. In contrast, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana funds experienced combined outflows of $1.25 billion. The divergence suggests investors are showing selective interest in XRP exposure as the token trades near $1.37, although its next move will depend on price action.

XRP ETFs recorded inflows during just two of the five trading sessions, bringing in $3.14 million on October 6 and $8.17 million on October 8. The remaining three sessions saw no net flows. As a result, the weekly gains were concentrated on two days rather than reflecting consistent daily investment activity.

XRP ETF net assets reached $1.57 billion, while cumulative net inflows since the products launched totaled $1.80 billion. Bitcoin ETFs, meanwhile, registered $681.1 million in net outflows, Ethereum funds lost $542.07 million, and Solana ETFs saw withdrawals of $24.81 million. Combined, these outflows were approximately 110 times greater than XRP’s weekly inflows.

Ethereum ETFs experienced withdrawals in every session between October 5 and October 9. Solana funds also ended their 14-week inflow streak, while Bitcoin ETFs posted a negative week after attracting capital for three consecutive weeks. These changes highlight how quickly weekly fund-flow trends can reverse without necessarily signaling a lasting shift in investor demand.

The contrasting figures point toward selective interest in XRP rather than a broad-based recovery across crypto investment products. ETF flow data reflects subscriptions and redemptions, however, and does not reveal the identity, motivations, or investment strategies of every participant.

Bitcoin ETFs had recorded $1.918 billion in cumulative net inflows just weeks earlier, further illustrating how dramatically weekly investment figures can change over a short period.

XRP Price Focuses on the $1.30–$1.43 Range

XRP was trading near $1.37 in the October 14 price snapshot, with support around $1.35 and resistance near $1.40. The token’s price movement remains central to determining whether the sustained ETF inflows translate into stronger market momentum.

A move above the $1.38 resistance area would be an important development to watch, while the $1.35 support level remains a key downside reference. These levels align with the broader technical picture around XRP’s recent trading range, although ETF inflows alone cannot determine which direction the market will take next.

The 13-week inflow streak provides a positive sentiment signal, but it should not be treated as a reliable standalone forecast for XRP’s price. Technical levels and broader market conditions remain important when evaluating the token’s outlook.

If XRP advances beyond the $1.40 resistance level, traders would need to assess whether the breakout is supported by sustained buying activity. Conversely, continued trading below resistance would indicate that the inflow streak has not yet translated into a confirmed upward move.

The next key question is whether XRP can break above the $1.38 resistance area or remains confined below it. Until price action confirms a breakout, the ETF figures indicate relative investor interest rather than a definitive bullish signal.
