Pump.fun Launches ‘Glass Full Foundation’ to Inject Liquidity Into Solana Memecoins Amid Revenue Drop
Solana-based memecoin launchpad Pump.fun has introduced the Glass Full Foundation (GFF) — a new liquidity initiative aimed at supporting selected ecosystem tokens, as the platform experiences a sharp decline in daily revenue.
The foundation will “inject significant liquidity into ecosystem tokens to support our most diehard cults,” the project said on X. However, Pump.fun has not disclosed how recipients will be chosen or where the funding originates. Initial liquidity deployments are already underway, with more expected in the near future.
The move comes as Pump.fun’s daily revenues have plunged from over $7 million in January — during the peak of the memecoin craze — to just $200,000 earlier this month, according to on-chain data.
At the top of the platform’s ecosystem is Fartcoin (FART), with a market cap exceeding $1 billion. In second place is Peanut the Squirrel, a token inspired by a viral Instagram pet, now valued at more than $253 million.
The announcement follows rising competition from LetsBonk.fun, a rival Solana launchpad associated with the Bonk community. LetsBonk.fun recently overtook Pump.fun in both daily revenue and project launches, becoming the most active platform in the space last month.
